Conceptual Basis

The purpose of this section is twofold:

First, to make explicit the underlying theory, principles and assumptions of the Management Feedback System™ process so that potential users can judge for themselves whether or not this process supports or violates their own basic beliefs and values; and,

Second, to acknowledge the absolutely invaluable contributions of the numerous seminal thinkers and practitioners without whose contributions this process could not have been created.
