Continuous Improvement Cycle

  • Obtaining feedback, that is, being aware of the consequences of one’s own actions, is the soundest beginning of a managerial improvement plan.
  • Acting on the data, whether it be continuing to do what is effective, or changing what is ineffective, is the second component to personal improvement.
  • “The battlefield is littered with executives whose lives have been hurt by the lack of feedback”. - The Wall Street Journal
