Prior to
starting the MFS™ process, you are guided
through a series of steps to plan the process and establish a context
for engaging your work team in the process. The objectives of these
preliminary steps are to:
Provide the framework
for the Management Feedback System™
process
Establish a context
within your business function and role;
Identify the dimensions
and content areas of the program;
Establish a clear
purpose and reason for conducting the MFS™
process;
Prepare logistical
arrangements such as timing and location;
Identify the work
group and sub groups if appropriate;
Prepare an announcement
to the people you want to involve in the process.
In addition, you will be guided through the
steps to accomplish the following:
Set up your personal
data base on Compustar™’s secure web site;
Complete your own
“Self Survey”.
Prepare yourself to
conduct a meeting with the group to give them the information
they need to complete their data input process. For further information
